This manual primarily aims to provide human resources and DEI professionals in WEPs signatory Companies - large and small-with guidance to design, implement and track progress against their workplace DEI policies and procedures and cultivate corporate DEI cultures. This manual is also highly relevant for other corporate leaders working to advance sustainable development, including through environment, social and governance principles.
This manual provides a summary of emerging key DEI principles and good practices with a focus on gender equality. It also offers tools and recommendations on how to implement DEI strategies and initiatives.
