The Human Rights Situation of the LGBTQI Communities in Georgia
The documents review the status of LGBTQI people, their rights, and existing barriers for realizing their rights. The documents analyze the policies and undertaken commitment by the Government of Georgia. They introduce list of customized recommendations for the specific governmental bodies.
The report was prepared by the Public Defender of Georgia with the support of the "UN Joint Programme for Gender Equality” (UNJP) funded by the Government of Sweden. The UNJP is implemented by UN Women, UNDP and UNFPA.
