The gender pay gap is an important indicator of wage-related gender inequality, and it clearly shows the existence of complex social factors contributing to such inequality.

The Karaleti Women’s Solidarity Center conducted three online trainings for the women living in target villages on the issues of stress management and efficient time management. In addition, the participants received psychological counselling and heard answers to interesting questions.

UN Women Georgia in partnership with the national Statistical Committee of Armenia (ARMSTAT) has concluded a study with the objective of calculating the adjusted gender pay gap and the associated economic inequalities of women in the labour market in Armenia.
